On the 25th of September 2013, I purchased an expensive dress from the Lunar Stamford Hill branch. I was duly assisted by the store manager and two female employees. Due to the lack of stock, my dress required alterations. The store manager and employees brought in a tailor to the store and created a misrepresentation that he worked for the Lunar store. As a result, the tailor took my measurements and the dress from the store on his own and physically ruined the dress, twice. The Lunar store refused to take liability.

When I approached the Stamford Hill store, the employees were of no assistance and refused to allow me to contact the owner, Rydwaan Sha. He eventually contacted me after four days, with a bad attitude, failing to assist me at all. He cut the call on me severally times, trying to avoid liability and said that he was not going to do anything about it and doesn't care. I also requested that he goes through camera footage as proof and he cut the call. I have incurred a lot of costs due to the negligence of the store employees and the failure of the store to take liability for the damages.
