Pathetic customer service at Zara Sandton

On the 30th of November 2013 I purchased a dress at Zara Sandton. Becuase the dress was slightly soiled and they provide an in house dry cleaning service, the assistant Paerl completed a dry cleaning invoice and confirmed i could collect my dress within 7 days. Today 9 December I went in store, prsented my receipt and was told that they could not find the dress. The service was appaling. Pearl nor teh assisatnt manager were unable to find the contact details of the dry cleaner to establish if the dress had been returned or if they had misplaced it in the store. Whilst waiting for them to find their wits another customer was fuming and requested to see the store Manager. For quite sometime they called for Savannah the store manager to come to the front deak, just for me to find out, when I requested to see her too that she was on lunch!!! No one was able to assist. I was aske dto leave my number and I would be contacted before two. it is now 16.50, no call, no update. I am repulsed at the service received. The service has truely left a bitter taste in my mouth.
