Bought the damaged goods and they refuse to refund

I went to Legit Stores (Edcon) in Rustenburg and i bought 2 dresses, went to the fitting rooms to fit them, one of the dresses was black & the other dress was plain black, then the cashier at the fitting doors she refused me to fit the black & white dress as she said the store doesnt allow its customers to fit the items with bright colours. She took the black & white dress and i only fitted the plain black on. After fitting one dress i paid for both dresses, The next day when i try to wear a black & white dress it had stains on it and it looked like the permanent stains. Went back to the store for refund and the store manager refused to take it back saying it was worn and i told her i didnt even fit the dress in store, Still reffused to help, I requested her to dial the customer care for Edcon for me int their store, she refused, requested the nubers she gave me the wrong numbers. i had to google the correct number from the internet and i called the contact center, they log the case and promised to get back to me within 48hours which they never did, i had to call them again and unti date i havent got helped, they snd me from pillar to post. Kindly assist as this is very frustrati
