7 Assistants - No Assistance

Stood waiting to be assisted for close to 20 minutes - wanting to purchase a rooms makeover worth of bedding and accessories. 1 person was being attended to at the counter - at least 7 assistants wandering around behind the counter chatting, even though I was clearly seen. I unpacked my potential purchases from my trolley onto a display bed. A fellow customer who witnessed the bad service acknowledged that the service at this store has clearly declined. One of the assistants had the audacity to smirk and laugh at me as I walked out of the store. I am shocked that this is the way customers are treated.
