I called for a quote on something. The first person who answered could not help me. The second person who answered could not help me. Instead of saying so, he said "just hold for me" and put the phone down. When i called back, he just said "sorry sir we don't have". I find it rather difficult to believe that the canal walk branch do not have a PCI Parallel Card in stock. And i find it disgraceful that someone will end the call in such a manner. No helpful attitude! A big PC retailer cannot do better than "sorry we don't have".
