BAD SERVICE/RUN AROUND

After seeing the Xmas ad for Kid's Binoculars I tried at the V&A Waterfront. They called Cavendish who said they had 2 pairs they will keep for me. Drive to Cavendish. Wait around for ages while nothing is done. Then brought 2 pairs of binocs which are not kid's binoculars. Attitude is well there is NOTHING they can do. That is what they were told. Tell me to go to a large store. Why they could not phone I don't know. So go home & call Gardens Centre who say they have nothing. No offer to find out where I may find 2 pairs. So I call Canal Walk. After holding for ages am told there are 4 pairs at Somerset West. I call Somerset West and am told they are were ordered for a customer. I call Canal Walk back in an attempt to order 2 pairs. They say they will put me through to the right person. I hold on & on & on & eventually give up. Not sure why something is advertised under Gifts Galore for Christmas if there is no stock available.
