I placed a pre order for GTA V on 15/11/2012 at CNA Online and paid using my Edgars thank u card. Confirmation of transaction was received via email. The game was released in the 17th of September 2013. It is now 2 weeks down the line and i did not even receive a confirmation that the item has been sent to me. Constant emails to the cna email and i omly received an initial email saying that they will look into the matter and no response ever since. What is the use i pre order the game if i have to wait for so long after release? I want my game delivered, even if its over the weekend.
