Bought a lounge suite on Laybye. Now out of stock

Dear Peter

I started paying for a laybye for a Lounge suite in 2012 March and was supposed to complete the payment this year as it was a two year laybye agreement. I went to the shop this monthend to pay my instalment and was told the shop now does not have the lounge suite and I should get something of equivalence from the shop.

May you please assist in this regard what should I do since I had paid up to R7000.00 and wanted to pay the balance so that I can collect my funiture
