Prime Grill
Not willing to do business and giving through fals

Prime Grill advertised and sold vouchers through Groupon.
When I made a booking on Monday they had space until they heard that it was for a Groupon Voucher. Then suddenly they were fully booked.
I spoke to Gary and explained to him that I already arranged to have the day off so that I could take my family out. He promised to see what he can do and to phone be back by the latest Thursday. I'm still waiting for my phone call.
I phoned again on Friday to test them, and they had tables for a group of 8 people. Yet when I spoke to Gary again (after being insulted by the woman that answered the phone - and probably would have been assaulted physically if I was standing in front of her according to the comment she made when she called Gary to the phone) he refused point blank to honour the Groupon.

I explained to him that he will be loosing out on a lot of business as the voucher is for two people and we would be 8 or more people and we would like to order drinks etc as well. I told him that he does not want to do business. He will rather have empty tables than honouring the voucher and at the same time make more business.
