I have purchased and fully paid upfront for my table top glass - R 1851.06 on the 13 May and too date i still have not received my glass.
After having returned the first glass top that was delivered, 3 days after ordering, that was incorrectly cut to my order, to getting no service from Newclare glass thereafter. I have phoned them several time, and leave messages that does not get responded too.
When i do get through to Fabian, he promises me a delivery date and time, and then does not pitch or even have the professionalism to phone me too inform me they will not be able to deliver. They were supposed to arrive yesterday, 3 June at 2pm. It is now, 4 June, 2.05pm and he has still not bothered to phone and rearrange or apologise or anything. I am starting to wonder if i should be opening a case or not since it only took 3 days too make, now has taken 22 days of empty promises and still no glass.
