You should be ashamed of yourself

I requested a quotation for toughened glass from Alta @ Boksburg Glass. I explained to the smallest detail what I required. She sent me a written quotation. When I sent the order through, the glass was suddenly double the price. I contacted her, and asked her how this is possible, after I received a written quotation from her? Her response was horrific! She was shouting and swearing at me. I asked her who her superior was, and she informed me that she is the boss and started swearing again. She actually told me that she was not interested in a R6000 order. Anyway, you should be ashamed of yourself, Alta. I have never spoken to a client like that, even if I was angry at them, or even if I had a bad day. I will tell everyone in this industry of your bad attitude and/or service. Every customer is your bread and butter, and does not deserve to be treated like that. Shame on you.
