My insurance Claim took more than 4 months

I am not very pleased with the service I am getting from Furniture City Bloemfontein CBD, I put in a claim on my TV because somehow the screen just decided to split the screen into 2, I had sent it for repairs on the 15th May 2013 and was told it would less than a month for the claim to go throw... funny enough 5 Months later my TV is not right... this is very much unacceptable, its only after making a legal thread that I kept in the loop of what is going on with my claim.
