Impossible to claim - do not opt for insurance!

The careless attitude of administrative and crew staff resulted in endless headache and ultimately, damaged furniture. The house we vacated was damaged, my furniture was dumped without respect for my belongings on the floor at the new house. I have been trying for 2 months to contact Biddulphs to claim, with no success. I now believe that insurance cover on furniture is just a way for Biddulphs Bloemfontein to increase their profits, they never intent to pay.
