Pre Order Not delivered

19 August 2013 I pre ordered WWE 2K14 PS3 game from CNA. The game was released Friday 01/11/2013 and I phoned just after 08h00 Friday 01/11/2013 and spoke to Nokola (0860 262 289) Nokolo told me she will have to get back to me by end of business 01/11/2013 as the game was not released from warehouse for delivery yet. I received no call from Nokolo, phoned again this morning and spoke to somebody else. Just took down the order number and basically repeat what Nokolo said to me on Friday already. Still I am waiting for a call and more importantly delivery of my game. My question CNA, why would I pre order a game if i could have gone this weekend and bought it in store? The game was released, you even had it advertised on your website Friday morning already. Now its 13h40 Monday 04/11/2013 already and still I dont have my game?? You have my payment for months already and if I knew this was going to be a problem I would never have pre ordered the game, I could have waited till the 1st of November and went to Look and Listen who have the game in stock since Friday 01/11. I need urgent answers and compensation from CNA, this is not the service I signed up and paid fo
