Damaged goods - Been 2 months still no resolution!

I purchased a new leather couch, amongst other things, during Wetherlys Kramerville reopening towards the end of June this year. Christopher Hambly (Chris) who'd been co-opted from Woodhill helped me with the order and stated that i should contact him directly on matters surrounding it. A few days later he called to inform me they already had stock of a new couch like the one I ordered in the warehouse. I emphasized that it be new as I was giving them sufficient time to produce it. I was assured that it was new. Fast forward to the the date of delivery on 1 Aug, an old looking, scathed and nicked couch with poorly finished legs was sent to my house much to my chagrin. I immediately declined the product and called Chris to complain. The delivery crew asked me to state on the invoice that the couch was damaged which I did. I took pictures in their presence emailed them to Chris together with a formal complaint and I demanded an explanation of how the matter will be resolved. Despite my many emails to Chris till today Wetherlys has not called or emailed me to formally apologise or even provide me with a decent explanation of when I will get a new undamaged couch.2 months and counting!
