After 4 mths Wetherlys can't get simple order righ

11/5 ordered and paid for 2 Bronx couches at Wetherlys Kramerville (Mandla). Delivery arranged for 18/5.16/5 received a call advising that, contrary to the delivery instructions given delivery would take place on 17-May. On 18-May-13 2 couches delivered-unmatching colour and style. Called them and was told that the sales assistant would call back.3 weeks went by with no word from Wetherlys, messages unanswered, so I went to the store and explained the issue to Mandla/Suzette. The following Tuesday, a couch was delivered, again Incorrect couch! Called Suzette/Mandla several times over the next few weeks. Then Mandla was on leave and had to wait until his return. Received a random call to take unscheduled delivery on 20/8.Delivery did not arrive! Called store at 17h30-Arthur/Mandla, who said "the driver's phone was off". No further word until I received call from a driver 21/8 to say that the delivery was on its way. Again, no pre-arrangement. AGAIN the incorrect couch was delivered-Did not match either of the 2 delivered previously. On 2/9 I received a call from Daniel to arrange delivery-scheduled for 7/9.7/9 passed with no couches arriving. To date no communication or explanation from Wetherly
