Debonairs Pizza
Poor service at Debonairs Mpangeni

I bought a pizza, and when I was at home i realized that it was burnt on the sides and hard. I immediately returned it back, and when I raised my complain, Erick Zungu The manager who was on duty yesterday tried to convince me that it was the oven, all the pizza's are like that, yet I am a regular customer on that Debonair and I have never bought such a burnt pizza like that, he kept on saying that its because the pizza dint have an extra cheese, that why it shows the burnt parts on the sides, he didn't want to refund me or give me unburnt pizza, let alone the cashier didn't even want to attend me with my complaint. I ended up going home with the burnt pizaa How do we deal with Managers like him?
