Poor service and no delivery

I purchased a promotional product via groupon and didn't receive delivery or notification within the specified time. So I called and was assured I will receive the product within the next week. The next week I didn't receive the product so I waited another week. Submitted an inquiry which never did get answered. Apparently there was a stuff up in the products department. So they assured me I will received delivery within the next 5 days or so, and was given a tracking number same as the security number on the voucher. So inquired via email how do I track this? Like is there a website link? Got no feedback at all. Called in again stating my frustration and inquiring how do I then track this? At this point, I was informed my order was lost and will take a long time to source. They didn't even think of calling me back but made me wait for minutes on the line. I then took to twitter expressing my frustration. I received a message back to email someone which I did. They say they have the product and but can only give it to me next week? To me it sounds like they are averting the issue, as if they did have I would have a tracking number by now? Well they gave the security number again..
