I ordered 2 items on Woolworths online, and when I purchased them it gave a specific date and between a specific time that it would be delivered. On the day that it was supposed to be delivered and long after the time it was supposed to get to me, the online dept called to say that they in fact didn't have stock of both my items. Only, with quite a bit of prompting, did the lady say that she could have a search around to see which branches had the stock. Im not sure why she didn't do this prior to calling me so that she could have this information on hand. She also promised to call back within 10 minutes to let me know which WW had stock and an hour later and Im still waiting...

Im not sure why you'd choose to use the online facility if they take your money and don't have stock of it?!
