Not enough cashiers during month end on a Saturday

I went to Edgars Gateway to pay my account on Saturday 28/09/13 around 5:30/6pm, i was highly off because at a till point made for 10 cashiers there was only 2! And a long long line
So i went to Clinique, they said till is closed, i went to Cosmetics and got the same story. I was highly annoyed because you got all these staff members standing around making conversation, irrespective of whether you are a cashier or not, standing in groups and conversing and not trying to assist is simply a lack of service.
I went upstairs and managed to get my account paid there.
Firstly, if you going to advertise your retail hours till 9pm, then i expect service until 9pm...
Secondly, during the weekend and especially during month end you cannot afford to have such minimal staff.
I went to Foshini, Truworths, Stattorfords and Woolworths and they all had sufficient staff so there is simply no excuse to have to stand in a long lines to pay your account or purchase goods. At the end of the day i am the consumer... i provide the business and i expect the service. Highly annoyed!
