The long wait

Hello.

i wanted to open up a egdars account about a month ago. so i decied to go online and apply for a account, that went through smoothly. on that saturday i was contacted by a gentlemen who said he was trying to get ahold of my HR department to get proof that i work there. i advised him to phone on a weekday. the following saturday i was contacted again, once again wanting to speak to my HR department. i once again advised the young gentlemen to phone during the weekday. it will be a month since the day i applied. and i still dont have a edgars account. is this the normal turn around time provied?
