Thank you Points, what a!

I've been a loyal Egars customer for some time and enjoyed the rewards points i accumulated until my latest visit to Edgars, i wanted to use my loyalty points, but was informed by an incompetent cashier that i actually owed Edgars a 20 000 points. She then proceeded to pretent to speak on the phone and came back to say that the loyalty points department did not work on weekends - so who was she calling? No attempt was made at assisting me, or even clarifying how i would begin to pay Edgars back the points i allegedly owe them.
At the end of our interaction she advised that she did not work in the department i was making a purchase from - this is the usual with Edgars staff they never work in the departments they're in at the time you need assistance. How they are assigned to those departments is beyond me.
