I am currently under debt review and I do understand the implications of that, for instance I do know that I cannot buy on account, payment arrangements were done by debtbusters to home choice and the agreed amount is being paid every month, when I place an order to pay cash I don't receive my goods they take the money to pay my account and their motive is that my account is on arrears, not sure what does that mean, as I have never skipped a payment with them prior to debt review application and my understanding is that the newly proposed installment should mean that I'm up to date with payments as they accepted the offer from debt busters, I do not mind paying my account in addition of what debtbusters had arranged but I should do so in my own comfortness, I do need to get clarity from the Homechoice management on this and their consultants are telling me different stories, some do understand this process some don't, for instance I spoke to Linda on Friday the 27th and she promised me that she will transfer the amount to cash payment and she will then dispatch my order, and she had confirmed that with her manager according to her!
I need clarity that's all.
