Backorder not being received

On the 2nd of September 2013 I placed a backorder for the James Bond Car Collection Number 114 and paid for the backorder. I was told it would take about three weeks.

It has been exactly a month since placing the backorder with no result.

I have been to the store on two occassions, the most recent being 30 September 2013.
I am just being told that the backorder has not arrived yet and that an e-mail will be forwarded to find out what is going on.

I am getting frustrated as I am R120.00 out of pocket with nothing to show for it but empty promises.

Please investigate
