Tablet - no delivery as promised

Hi. I went for my upgrade at Autopage Canal walk almost 4 weeks ago and took a Samsung S3mini and for R100 extra a month i could get the Samsung Galaxy tablet 3 7`` so i went for it. Llewellyn promised i would get it the Wednesday (i was in the shop on Saturday). it now 4 weeks later and everytime they say it hasnt arrived still on backorder and they dont no when its coming. i needed this 2 weeks ago urgently and still waiting.
