PARTS ON BACKORDER 11221 SINCE JULY2013

In May2013 we bought a Mahindra at Menlyn Pretoria. The sales person Rayno assured us that parts were freely available in South Africa. End of May2013 the vehicle was in an accident. The vehicle has been standing at Silverstar Auto Body since then as there is no parts available in South Africa. The vehicle has been standing now more then 10weeks. Mahindra is waiting for parts from INDIA! BACKORDER NUMBER 11221. How can Mahindra sell vehicles if no parts are available in this country. Mahindra should be honoust with the public when asked specifactly if parts are available. Werner and Mandy van den Heeven is aware of this complaint. I received an email from Mandy on the 15th of August2013 quote " The main issue is to get the client sorted, happy and mobile" I wanted to know from her how? Up to today not a word. Nobody can tell me when parts will be delivered.
