I am your customer, the one who puts the food on your tables at night - remember me?

I have upgraded, i WANT the HTC One, it's on backorder. I use your "next day delivery", it's on backorder - with back order phones you start counting the "up to 7 working days", then you can expect your handset.

This is quite frankly, .

The best response i've heard so far, from a Vodacom shop, is we order the phone from Vodacom - we aren't them - we're just a franchise - you have GOT to be JOKING.

Someone pleas explain why it's acceptable that the only person who suffers, waits, is iinconvenienced by your entire business, is the one who allows it to continue in the first place.

10 years with Vodacom - get me my handset - NOW - or lose me a customer, if that even concerns you... at all.
