I purchased clothing from Edgars 28 09 2013. I was told to move tills as there was a technical problem by the till I was at. When I moved tills I made sure to ask the cashier if all of the transactions she rung up would be cancelled. She said yes. My purchases where then rung up at the new till with a new cashier. When this cashier was processing the purchases she did not look confident as to what she was doing. I thus went home and immediately checked my slip and the values. This is where the problems started. Issue one - some of the items I purchased did not receive the relevant discount. Issue two - some of the items I purchased did not reflect the value as per the price tag. Issue three some purchases had been rung up by the first cashier. I went back to Edgars Bayside where I got the correct value of my purchases processed. They were not immediately able to assist in reversing the charges made by the first cashier. One of the managers, Given was his name, took my details and promised to phone me by no later than 30 09 2013. I received no call. I then followed up 01 10 2013 and was told I would be contacted within the hour. I am still waiting! Poor service!
