Faulty shirt

I recently bought a demin shirt at your store in Cresta, on the 19th to be accurate. On the Saturday the shirt started to wear-off. Since i was in Swaziland, i went to edgers to enquire but such thing, they said they understand cause i had the receipt they made an exchange for me of the same shirt, the new shirt also developed the same problem. I went back to the store two days later with the shirt and i was told its now not their problem but a Cresta. Since i'l be going to Vaal can't i exchange the shirt there cause this is crazy. One wears the shirt for less than two hours and it starts to get torn all over as if it acid has been poured on it.
