Voucher not redeemable against promotional items

I visited your Tygervalley store on 08/12/2013 and purchased a few promotional items. I requested that the cashier process my R75 off anything you desire in-store voucher against my purchases and the cashier said that the system will reject the voucher due to the fact that I was buying promotional items. He therefore never processed the voucher.

This is however unacceptable. Nowhere in the terms and conditions on the voucher does it exclude promotional items. All it says is that vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or used as an account payment; it is not valid against the purchase of Cellular or Telkom airtime. No change will be given. Nowhere does it exclude promotional clothing items.
