Nike
SHOE SIZE CHANGE? SUPPLIER/MANUFACTURER CHANGE?

Shops, Products, Services

Good day. I have been training in Nike Pegasus for the past 8 years and LOVE the shoe & the brand. It's never given me any problems. Beginning of 2013 i was due for a new pair and bought the Nike Pegasus 29 in Grey & yellow at Sportmans Warehouse Centurion IN Feb 2013. After 30 days i had to take it back as the stitching came loose - Sportmans Warehouse in Canal Walk & Tokai kindly assisted me to source another pair. I did contact Nike SA to inform them about this but the lady was not very phased. I started training in my new pair and something did not feel quite right but i though i just had to walk them in. Just to be clear I have always been a Nike Pegasus UK 4 and i bought a UK 4 again. But it turned out that the UK 4 was too small - eventually my big toe started touching the front stitching. I finally came to realise that i have no alternative than to buy a bigger size. Now that i have spoken to fellow trainers i realised that i am not the only one with a problem! I think its unfair that the customer must bear the cost if clearly something on the size or manufacturing part of the shoe have changed, My loyalty to the brand have taken a knock after this entire episod
