Not willing to fix or replace damaged B/suite

I bought a bedroom suite in Dec Last year (2012) and within 2 weeks it had fallen apart. I went back to the branch and notified the store that the suite was damaged. I was told this will be escalated to headoffice and they'll fetch it and resolve my problem. I have also called head office myself and spoke to a person named Portia and she told me she'll contact the branch and arrange for the suite to be picked up. I must say after calling Russells countless times i regret ever stepping into their store. Their service delivery is non-existent and the fact that i'm paying my account monthly for something broken makes me more upset. Not even once did they bother arranging to pick it up or sending someone to come look at it. They're just happy deducting my money every month. And now when i call headoffice their phone goes unanswered. I need somebody to tell me what is happening and when will they fetch what i think was already damaged suite when i bought it.
