I lost my jet card. Went to jet stores numerous times to report card missing. Needed a new card to pay account. Got sent away everytime. Went there again was informed that I did not have an account with them. Was told that I needed to bring a statement, after I, on numerous occasions reported to the manager that since I opened the account, have not received a single statement. While the cashier/ salesperson needed to help me- seeing as I was in the front of the que, he went on helping other customers as if I did not exist. That made me real angry and I stormed off. The customer service really sux and the staff are rude and ignorant. I will never, ever, shop at jet stores ever again. They do not care for their customers.
