I had one card, for one account. When I had to move to staff rates, my account was closed and a new account opened. I wasn't happy with that and it effected my credit rating. Nevertheless, I get a new card, for my new account and it does not allow me to use it at any stores. I then went into the branch and they said I have to call card division. I take time out of my day to call them and wait in antoher queue for a new card. Then I go shopping and get embrassed that yet again my card cannot be used to make card payments at stores. I have been to 3 branches each telling me to contact Card division again. i have procrastinated for a year and finally called. After calling, im told by lost cards that my card has been incorrectly closed. I have to call another number to reinstate the card. I call them, and they tell me to go into a branch and that eveyone at all the branches is wrong. I am tired with all the calling and queues. There are far too many points of connection. I am confused and just want to go buy my groceries without carrying R1000 in my purse.
