Bad service, no logistical control, bad accounting

Following my earlier complaint - the conclusion:
After may attempts to obtain detailed invoices and statements from the person assigned to my "case", I was sent images of a non-descriptive mini-statement. After even more requests for detail I eventually received images of the invoices which I could reconcile to the statements. I was paid back an amount which corresponds with the reconciliation, but did not receive ANY compensation for the fact that the instalment accounts were settled eleven months in advance. The logistical department repetitively called me and asked questions irrelevant to transactions like, did you return an ironing board, when I returned a pie maker, which was broken on receipt. Although I said I did not want the pie maker due to the poor quality, it was delivered twice and charged to my account.

Business with HOME CHOICE is definitely NOT FOR people who expect professional client service, good quality products and sound prompt accounting.
