I have just received my credit report, and to my dissatisfaction my accounts status with Transunion is still reflecting as Open even though this account was closed over 2 years ago, kindly see to it that a letter is sent to them to update my credit report.
Please acknowledge receipt of this email, and send me confirmation once the above has been done.
