Cori Craft I expected more and I am not impressed

I must say I expected much better service from Cori Craft and I have since been disappointed with the whole process of acquiring our new couches. First I have a problem with how their deals are advertised, the picture on their website advertising a couch for R9995 was in fact a completely different fabric to the couch that was actually being sold in store at that price. None the less, when we eventually decided to buy the couch in the more expensive fabric we wanted, the sales rep could not provide us with an estimated installment per month. When we signed up for the finance plan, we specifically requested 36 months. When I received my statement (in the post before the couches were even delivered) showing the finance was over 12 months. When I called to rectify the installment plan I was told it was changed and that my new monthly installment would be R488, now I am shocked that my debit order has been deducted at R630. This is shocking service and I am the one inconvenienced due to their mistake. I am not impressed.
