Cannot provide a date or time to rectify mistake

I've purchased 2 couches from Coricraft at The Glen.
They have manufactured and delivered them before time which i was pleased with however they Forgot to Scotch guard my couches which I have already Paid R850 for.
I called Cori Craft as soon as i got delivery to advise there is no Scotch Guard, the lady told me that she will arrange for it to be done at my home.
I called 4 days later 19/03/2013 and Nobody is aware of my problem at the shop.
I get a call back from someone at the shop who tells me "They cannot tell me when someone will come out to scotch guard my couches"
I asked for a simple date for this to be done as it is Coricrafts mistake, the lady simply will not even give me and estimate of when this can be rectified.

After having a good experience with coricraft i am now completely put off as a simple task of assisting me, a customer who has PAID in full cannot be done. It has dropped the value of your brand substantially because of staff who dont seem to want to help.

Can i please get a date and time for when m scotch guard can be done???
