I cannot understand how I have been listed with a default when I was not notified that I will be listed and given 20 working days to respond, I recived a call form the Hub on 23/09/2013 and I made a payment arrangment only to find I've been listed on 28/08/2013. Please help as this causes a extreme magnitude of problems for me.
