Wrongly Listed for default

My Multichoice account was listed on ITC as a default when in fact the account was paid. I currently have this default on my ITC.

This is completely unacceptable as I own my own business and am currently applying for business facilities with the banks. At the time when it was listed Multichoice confirmed to me that this was made in error, 3 months later it is still on my ITC.

Companies should be more responsible when it comes to default listings as this could potentially create a problem for me.

I would like to know what Multichoice intends to do about this?
