Can't access online store

Hi, I've been trying to access my account on my phone for the past week and it keeps saying that my email address is not registered. I them go onto a laptop today but the website is down. I needed to order a book as I am a new member and I think I needed to order one before the end of September. I can't do this if I can't access the website. The app also says that my membership number is already registered but it doesn't pic up my email address. Could you guys please help as I wanted a specific book and don't want to get sent the book of your choice. Your urgent attention will be greatly appreciated.
