At 12h50 today, My elderly mother and I (we were queuing for 35 minutes by this time - only two paypoints open for trollies), a third paypoint opened and we were summoned to paypoint 11. I helped my mother unpack her trolly (4 bags of groceries) and she paid. First Mpho barked at her: "smart shopper card! " When mom paid, she requested (in Afrikaans) a R500 cash withdrawel. Again the cashier barked: "you want what?! " Mom looked at me and I repeated the request in English: R500 cash withdrawel please? Cashier said to me: What is wrong with you? You having a bad day? I replied it is not her problem if I am having a bad day and to continue with her service. I am not happy with the long wait n the queue and the bad service I am receiving. She replied: It is not her problem if the queue is long. I ignored her but she insisted what must she do? I asked her to please stop with me and proceed with the transaction. She had a terrible attitude and as we left she closed her paypoint again and left - the queue waiting to pay now even longer than before. I have been supporting P&P Sinoville for years but the service is TERRIBLE!
