NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I hate going to Truworths at Westwood Mall, the staff have such bad attitudes. You ask for assistance they look at you like they doing me a favour! The MANAGER-the Indian Lady is the most rudest person I ever came across. She is condescending and loud. She shouldn't be employed dealing with people or managing staff for that matter (that would explain the staff and there attitudes). I have been going to that Truworths for a while now and I can not stand it or let it go on as I intend on closing my Truworths account after more than 10 years because of the WESTWOOD BRANCH. The Truworths brand is being marred by the manager and staff at Westwood.
