About 6 months ago I paid up my credit card with them and asked to close the account.

The response that I got was quite good, please fax your statement and bank account details to the number. Please be advised that the payments run every Wednesday so your bank account will receive the money on Friday. Friday came and Friday went but still no money...

So the next week I tried again, a lady phoned me again to tell me that they have received my document but their payment only run on Wednesdays and a transfer takes 2 days to clear so it will be in my account on Friday. Friday came and Friday went but still no money...

I went through this process a few times but still no change in the result until 2 months ago I stopped getting statements... Thank goodness right...

So today I phoned through to get Vehicle finance and ask the lady to check if she can pick up any Cape Union Mart account on my credit profile... and guess what its still there and at home even better the statements started coming through again...

So please Cape Union Mart please tell me what you are going to do about this because it is driving me crazy!!!
