No communication regarding the status of my orde

I placed an online order with Much Max Essentials on 19 September. I then transferred the funds electronincally to them and also sent an email for confimration of payment on the same day. I have not had a single response from this company regarding the status of online order. When I sent them a message they said it would be dispatched on Monday (today). Why is it taking so long??? Surely the funds are reflecting in their account by now??? I am disgusted with their lack of communication and pathetic service. Certainly will not order from them ever again!
