I placed an order online for 2 items on 25th of May. I received an email confirming the order and that the funds were debited from my credit card. That is the last communication I got from Cape Union Mart, even though I have subsequently emailed 5 times to ask on the progress of my order. I have never had such bad service from any other online retailer. I'm very disappointed, as I needed the goods this weekend. Shocking that such a well known company doesn't keep their customers informed about their orders.
