Bad treatment of customers

I went to Pick 'n Pay yesterday after church to buy stuff for the week, like I always do. I chose to pay at a till that was manned by a very rude girl. I saw the till slip when I got home that she is Elizabeth Ntule.

This girl was outright rude, shoved the EFT pad to me, and talked about me and my family with her "packing" colleague, just because we do not speak Zulu.

I was quite upset, but at night, I actually fumed, thinking why do we as customers allow ourselves to be abused by people who are supposed to serve us, whose salaries and wages we contribute to? Hencewhy I decide to stand up for my right to be treated with respect, as a paying customer.
