DISGRACE FROM FOSCHINI

I started to clear a back log from our office, which was due to the office administrator passing away.
My director came across a whole bunch of personal items that were not completed by the belated office administrator, so I started with this. There were gift vouchers from different stores/centres, and I took on the task to get these renewed. Sandton City - voucher expired in 2009, renewed and new gift card issued. Dischem, refund voucher from 2011, renewed and able to use. Even Mr Price Home. Last was two gift vouchers from The Foschini Group to the value of R250.00 but expired in February 2012. I contacted The Foschini Group Head Office on the 23rd of September 2013, only to firstly be told by the receptionist that the person dealing with gift cards is on leave and will only be back Thursday the 26th of September 2013. I asked for his/her name, and the receptionist refused to give me the details. I then asked for her name, and she said "I'm not giving you my name, please phone back and ask for gift cards and she will transfer the call", very arrogant, and so unpolitely I asked if I could leave a message and she replied "no, please phone back"! Still can't get new vouchers
