WASTED 4 HOURS OF MY SATURDAY!!!

About 3 weeks ago I went to the Waterfront to buy a pair of sandals I already bought a black pair of flatforms and they were so comfy I decided I would love the nude pair as well. Store Assistant named Cherelle confirms the store did not have them in my size, checked the system as they were only available in Mauritius explained that it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. I was fine with that as long as I got my sandals. Gave her my contact details and still haven't heard back. After I got no response I checked the online store and ordered a pair order number: 076217205 SUPER EXCITED. The delivery allocated Sat 28th Sept from 10am - 1pm. Rearranged my Saturday. Waited and waited at 12.50 I checked my order only to find that the suburb on the order was incorrect (I obviously made an error) and found a call centre number which I called. After 8 minutes on hold I eventually speak to Donovan very sweet but puts me on hold for another 5 mins only to get back to me and tell me the shoes was not dispatched from the store. WOW. He then continues to say that someone would contact me. Cassandra then calls to say they do not have the shoes. So now how do I get REFUNDED for my money and TIME!!!
