Ignore the customer and they will go away!!!

6 jan, 17h40 shopped at The Square Superspar, Boksburg. Trainee cashier ineffiecient, causing frustration, finally assisted by a manager..tinus. packer started putting my parcels in a big trolley, I had a loaded doubledecker trolley, when all items rung up, I paid, took my trolley - the doubledecker that the packer decided to load the items into (after starting with the big trolley), packer said all was fine. Got to car and loaded items to boot. Got home approx 19h45, unloaded groceries... to find at least 2 bags missing, also found i had been charged for a pork minipak which i had NOT purchased, too late to go back (closed), so monday 7, phoned the Spar approx 8 a.m., asked to speak to manager who had assisted. Tinus came on acknowledged he remembered-i told him the prob and asked it they had been handed in, he said no and said he would look at cctv and get back to me. No reslonse so I phoned back about 4 days later, spoke to Tinus, he said cctv shows I took all my shopping, I explained about the packer putting some parcels in one trolley b4 putting the rest of the parcels in the trolley I had originallyand maybe he forgot to transfer them! Tinus disputed and said he would call...
